Self-diagnosis Symptom Charts
Each of these self-diagnosis charts is aimed at helping you track down the possible significance of a particular symptom.
Every chart has a common symptom as its starting point. Look for the “Start Here” symbol. From there, you are led by a series of questions and answers to a logical conclusion.
If the chart has more information that can fit on one page, it is continued on the next page. The end point you reach will probably refer you elsewhere in the book or to your supervisor.
